Every class on our timetable is suitable for all fitness and ability levels, all shapes and sizes. This is because every exercise can be modified to accommodate, You can choose from our entire timetable with confidence so you can concentrate on getting fit and strong!


A method of strengthening, lengthening and stretching the whole body.  Improve your strength, flexibility, balance and posture using your core muscles.


Take on the terrain through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training all while staying in the comfort on a stationary bike.


A moving meditation class focusing on the breath while stretching and strengthening your body and working on your centre with postures and balances.


Interval and Circuit training is the go in this class. Expect a variety of movements in your HIIT workout – you’ll get a full body challenge that is fresh and exciting every time. Total time: 45 MINUTES


A full body workout to strengthen, tone and burn fat.  By using barbells, dumbbells, thera-bands and weight plates you can choose your own weights and work at your own level. 


This class combines the best of metabolic conditioning training and boxing. An intense mix of equipment based exercises & boxing, this class will boost your metabolic rate, keep you burning calories for longer, and get you fit, fast!
