FIT 45

Functional training in 45 minutes, that places a huge emphasis of full body strength and conditioning with weights or body weight exercises, set in our function studio or group fitness room.

PILATES

Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Emphasis is on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core (abdominals and back) and improves coordination and balance.

YOGA

A combination of poses (hatha) as well as poses flowing in a progression from one to another, attention is given to basic alignment & therapeutic principles. Mindfulness in observing breath and body.

SPIN/CIRCUIT

Combining Cycling with Circuit training for body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high and low-intensity. Targeting strength building, fat loss or muscular endurance.

BAR TONE & SPIN BAR

A weights class that builds strength and tones your body to be strong. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls with your choice of weight. Spin Bar  Combines 30 minutes of Cycling with 30 minutes of Bar Tone.

BOXFIT & BOXING

Boxing - Using martial arts techniques to condition the whole body, building muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination. Consist of variable heart rate work and actual boxing techniques.

Boxfit - Using all the boxing skill with body weight exercises to get the heart pumping.
