Memberships

All memberships allows you to access both gyms unless otherwise specified in your contract when you join.

Yes, we offer 1, 3, 6 or 12 month memberships payable upfront. Contact us for more info.
You are required to be 14 years or older to join on a membership and we require a guardian signature on your contract and a Pre-exercise questionnaire.
If you have joined on a Direct Debit Membership, You can update all your personal details through Debit Success by calling 1800 148 848 or you can also contact us and we can do that on your behalf. If you are a Member that pays Upfront, simply call us and we will update the details for you.
Yes they do, the expiry is 3 months after purchase. 
Yes, we have 3 day trials, this applies to local residents only, and an ID with your local address needs to be shown to take advantage of this offer, it is for 3 consecutive days and the cost is $20.

Gym Etiquette

Yes, all equipment must be put back after use.

Yes, you are required to bring a towel to use the gym. This is to ensure the hygiene of the gym for all members.

We also have Hand Sanitizers at both gyms located at the reception area, we recommend you use the hand sanitizer before and after your workout.

Membership Cancellations

All agreements are subject to a 7 day cooling off period. If you change your mind or your circumstances change, contact us.
12 month membership can cancel in term with $250.00 cancellation fee. 6 months membership can cancel in term with $150.00 can cancellation fee. Ongoing Memberships can cancel while the account is active with 4 weeks notice and therefore only pay the direct debit payments that fall within that time period.
Outside minimum term four weeks notice to cancel via email and a reason why you are cancelling is required.

Yes you can. If you are still within minimum term and know someone who will take over your membership term, you will not be required to pay the cancellation fee and we can cancel your membership without fees provided it can be transferred to a new member. Contact us for more info.

Fitness Passport & Feros Members

Fitness Passport is a corporate health and fitness program that allows its members to access a wide range of their local health and fitness suppliers. Bangalow Gym and Brunswick Gym are local participating gyms. For further information on Fitness Passport go to https://www.fitnesspassport.com.au/Home/

Feros Care aged care service workers are able to access Bangalow and Brunswick Gym using their Feros Care Memberships.

In order to use the gym outside of staffed hours you must purchase a 24/7 access tag for $25 and complete a waiver form.

Each family member who is a part of Fitness Passport must sign a waiver and have their own 24/7 access tag if wanting to use the gym outside of staffed hours.

At Bangalow Gym you need to show your membership card when you visit the gym sign the register to gain entry.

At Brunswick Gym you must register your Fitness Passport ID card on the Fitness Passport scanner each time you visit.

Even if you are accessing the gym after staff hours, you must still use the Fitness Passport scanner on each visit or sign in tot he register.

Failure to record your visit on a Fitness Passport scanner or sign in sheet may result in an administration fee being charged to your account. If you are a Fitness Passport Member see the Frequently Asked Questions at the Fitness Passport Helpdesk.

General Gym

You can purchase another access tag during our opening hours for just $25.

We do recommend that if you want to get the best from your gym experience to book in with a Personal Trainer. The cost for Personal Training is $70/hour for members and $80/hour for non-members. The Personal Trainer will show you how to use any equipment and write a program for you. Contact us for more info.

Our Personal Trainers and Class Instructors are ready to help you throughout your fitness journey.

We recommend to make a booking with a Personal Trainer, this will give you support, motivation, safety, technique, supervision and a direction towards reaching your goal.

We require that you seek guidance from you GP or appropriate allied health professional for clearance to exercise and bring a copy of a doctor’s clearance prior to starting to exercise.

Classes

Yes, to ensure your spot we do recommend that you book in via our online system. 

Any member who does not arrive to the class within the first 5 minutes after the class has started will not be allowed entry.

This is an effort to ensure our members safety and create consistency.

One of the most important aspects of working out is a proper warm-up with instructions on how to execute the class. This happens in the first five minutes of class.
